Support for job search
We invest in the employment of our students from the very beginning of their education. The on-the-job learning periods are planned so that they support the student’s working life goals. We organise recruitment events, and cooperate with employers, recruitment companies and the TE Office to ensure the employment of our students when they finish their studies. Thanks to our extensive employer network, our students find employment when completing their studies.

TAKK's job search coaching
TAKK students are offered job search coaching. The themes of job search coaching include:
- self-esteem and marketing of one's own skills
- preparing for a job interview and elevator pitch
- social media channels in job search
- CV and application in Finnish and/or English.

Recruitment events
We organise field-specific Loistoduuniin recruitment events. Employers are invited to the events to tell about job opportunities and recruit new employees. In addition, different education fields organise their own recruitment events.
